You should use permission-based email practices and subscriptions. We will terminate accounts that receive multiple complaints of abuse.

Multiple Account Abuse

Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts in order to avoid suspension and violate terms of service. If PeacockHost.com is made aware of such action, we will terminate all related accounts.

Limitation of Liability

PeacockHost.com is relieved of responsibility for incidental and consequential damage, including loss of products, data, or use.

Conditions

PeacockHost.com reserves the right to modify terms of service as needed at any time with or without notice. We retain the right to remove accounts that violate these terms of service or that are deemed offensive, obscene, or unlawful.

Termination of Service

You are allowed to cancel your account at any time without penalties. PeacockHost.com reserves the right to cancel accounts as we see fit.

Refunds

PeacockHost.com is obligated to provide refunds if services are terminated without cause. Accounts terminated due to a violation of the terms of service may receive prorated refunds at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

PeacockHost.com does not claim intellectual property rights over your material. Users agree to not copy, alter, or modify derivative work from material provided by PeacockHost.com.
